Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work For 14 hours straight in a day as I have to produce outcome For next day too. Dislikes

Presure on sales team. Sales team is one man army with 50K salary and have to fight for refund of expense . Last 1 year my 15,000 /- not cleared due to 15th Aug I submitted the expense.
