You have to work according to reporting Sometime you have to report to multiple boss which is very difficult to handle in same time

...ent is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joinees .

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I like the fact that I am was a part of a team that markets reliable, precious, high quality products and has a globL client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work For 14 hours straight in a day as I have to produce outcome For next day too. Also, there is no on-job training For enhancing my practical knowledge as it was selected For seniors only,which is a main mostly time.

5 days week working, salary on time, fixed working hrs. , lunch facility at office, friendly HR policies

Complexity in decision making, lack of authority distribution, ignorance of management towards any training and developments, cultivated favoritism and internal politics in organizational culture

Likes

Work life balance and compensation is good, but job security and management culture is terribly bad. A small organization with very humongous politics at every level.

Dislikes

Management culture, decision taking ability is localised with certain positions. Freedom of thinking, speech are the basic environment today to grow, which is lacking.
