Think twice before join first they take your interview than they finalize by salary discuss even though they will provide you the appointment later as well as then they are also in the search of new person after selection completed. Than they revoke the appointment later by saying we got experienced person who is ready to join in low salary and it will impact to your career and growth as well as demotivation. Don't go for the job there are no professionalism as well as Courtesy. Don't waste your time here.

MMG is a multinational company. the company latest technology. High quality and has a global client base. complete the project on time and client full satisfactory. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happy in collaboration. i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

They introduce saudization . lack of salary. The work pressure for some nationality only. no opportunity for some national (e.g. No promotion and salary increase). this no appreciation for the top management. etc.,

Teammates are good,job trainings are done as per schedule, security is given priority for company benefits, career growth for is to the best and quality gold producer in Africa, salaries and appraisal are termed as skills and experience and job knowledge, generally training are the major thing to improve job knowledge, work environment is kept secured and safe all time,work balance is considered as a major opportunity to avoid groups and treaty them equally.

For me nothing bad I can recommend what I only say on this is the company have to increase overseas trainings.
