The first thing to know about MMLA is its founder / proprietor who is extremely passionate about his work. He learns and grows everyday and gives the same opportunity to his people. He ensures that you become a perfectionist not only in your subject but also in the nitty-gritty. Though sometimes, the hours put in are long; there is immense satisfaction in the work done. Talent is recognised and given a direction and ample opportunities are provided to grow. Personally, the firm has raised me from being a toddler in the field to an adult and it has been a difficult but beautiful journey and I have learnt a lot in life also.... My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
