Company policy doesn't applicable on general manager and accounts manager. No salary hike. Too much Partiality applied on the employees. Owner of the company doesn't know what is going on the Uganda manufacturing plant.

The seniors of the company are not able to recognize the talent of the employee. According to his talent, he is not being offered a job. Salary increment is very less in front of work and honesty.

Forget About any incentive or increment. What you negotiated during offer will be last till you leave . Uneducated, ignorant and egoistic top managers who don't know anything but to brush egos. Corruption is rampant and you have to turn a blind eye.
