There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I would like to talk about Management because Management is very important and companies should always dedicated resources to fulfilling a qualified and dedicated management team with in each department.Because, its a fairly rare company, there aren't as many resources at your fingertips so you're expected to create a lot of things from the ground up and wear a lot of hats. This is typically a great thing...but certainly can also get overwhelming and expectations are definitely set high.

My working relationship with my GC (General Coordinator) is highly indicative of how i feel my job and the organization as the whole. Thank you for all your recent help during massive restructuring my working experience in medical billing
