There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is descent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

No salary increment, No bonus, didn't respect any talented persons work, and wont gave any appraisal and promote the person even if you does the work for 6 years. Very dominating manager.

Management is worst, Increament is very low compared to other companies, Doesn't provide any experience certificate, work environment is terrible, no transport facilities, low education knowledge is enough to work, career growth is poor.
