First i did job in plastic injection moulding in bangalore after i joined to mm aqua but i want to learn more abt injection and intresting in injection moulding there is all pvc material

I have left to mm aqua now I am searching a new job for production engineer. Management is gud but growth is not there so I want to change.

Duty timing is not gud and no safety follow so many accident I have seen there. Otherwise overall gud

Abosultely nothing. Had a horrible experince working here.

Management is very poor and one can see micro management from the Chairman. Work environment is toxic with no work life balance. Lot of interdepartmental politics. No pattern/ strategy for Training and development. Teammates are not at all helpful everyone wants to pull the cake on their plate no matter what. Company policies are from ancient times and need revision. HR is for NAMESAKE no powers to them they are mere puppets.

I don`t take time to dwell about bad things, but I have to say I learned a lot about management at the last job. I intend to apply those lessons here

As a fresher I had worked with many department like - NPD, Sales, Market Research, PPC, Payment Follow-ups, Despatch, etc. So, it helps me in ma learning alot. During switching of ma job, i was having a wide options.

Their was a person in MMaqua - Mr. Milind Kothari; he just ruined the company. Now when he got kick from their; company is suffering.
