Incompetent Events Department Manager:- Unfortunately, my experience in the events department was marred by an unprofessional and inadequate manager. The manager lacked proper communication skills and had a limited vocabulary, which affected the overall efficiency of the team. Their inability to lead effectively became a liability for the company. Lack of team support:- As a content manager in the events department, I was disappointed to find that I didn't have a proper team to collaborate with. This made my work challenging and hindered the timely completion of tasks. The lack of teamwork affected the quality of the final output. Poor editing and grammar:- One of the most frustrating aspects of working in the events department was the manager's interference with my written copies. Despite being a self-proclaimed journalist, their grasp of basic grammar was subpar. He made changes that resulted in poorly written and grammatically incorrect content, making it difficult to deliver high-quality materials to cleints.

Flexible working hours and work life balance

Dislikes

No proper training, Moody management, No HR policies, not much of a growth oriented work culture, workspace are not exciting or motivated for employees. Government offices are much better than MMA.

Got to learn all about Exhibitions & Conferences. Nice exposure for good learners.

Dislikes

Not employee oriented..they don't see employee as a assets rather it's a liability for them. If MD is there in office till 9.00 P.M you have to sit...even though there is no work

The relation that the seniors share with the junior employees is very good. This makes the work environment very positive for e.g. In the Mumbai branch the seniors such as Mr. Singh, Mr. D'souza & Mrs. Alphonso are very helpful and understanding.

Dislikes

Only the Salary appraisal part, the only area HR aspect organization needs to look into
