I have to travel early morning at 9 am 😜. Actually wake up at 5am , have to ready my tiffin, take some breakfast, nd ready for office. In my room me nd other 4 are also go for job.. So there is rush in kitchen..

Skill development and appraisals are good.

No job security, if you are working in mk teknology1 you don't have time for your personal life, the owner can call you anytime and can fire you in a fraction of second. All the employees are gossips behind owner and their focus is on gossips not on ther job profession.

It's a wonderful experience at company, had a good guidance by Boss and anything will be here in company is open for all, no politics, good career growth on world best applications in Power, Reasearch, Defence, Space and Pharmaceutical Industries.

Nurtured under the excellent guidance and supervision of Mr Sanjay Miglani one surely learns every aspect of entrepreneurship and leadership skills.

Dislikes

Every organization has their own pros and cons but If the Pro's are more you can easily handle the smaller cons .
