very much burden of work .every year they lay off one employee from accounts department and share his work among remaining employee without any additional compensation. no job security .

Superiors support and guidance and the same case with subbordinates team members. I m very much thankful to all my bosses ,Superiors and subbordinates in the organsisation. Thanks and regards Nagendra kumar singh

Nothing except designation which is late designed to staff may be due to staff inefficiency or incapability.

Sanghi is a new company of Mahindra commercial vehicle which are takeover to Sager Mahindra previous 9 Month & i am working here at the same.work environment,job security,learning is overall ok,but here i am not looking growth,travel & training.so i am looking a good job.
