Can learn the basics of manufacturing.

Dislikes

There is no proper training given to employees. And there is no skilled worker. Management doesn’t address the problem of employees. Cleanliness is not maintained in the company. Make employees work overtime without paying. General shift working time is 10 hours. No career growth.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
