No scale in terms of salary. Have to be ready to work on 24/7. Working on holidays on regular basis. No extra allowance for that and also no compoff leave for working on holidays. Though there is a policy of taking compoff if some one works on holidays. No recognition, nominal yearly increment of some one exceeding their goal. Long term stay will not help in career growth.

Work Life Balance , Five days office in a week and nothing. Its like an old fashioned rusty government job. No growth and no learnings.

Dislikes

Annual variable pay component is within the total compensation or annual total CTC. That kind of hilarious. None of the company does so. That too with no extra perks , annual rewards and benefits. Increment are like peanuts. Huge pay differences in similar job roles among employees. Erratic management decisions of hiring wrong people who misfit to their domains and expertise. Lastly flight travels needs special approval from senior management for mid and junior levels . That is super crazy decision in digital 4.0 generation where time is money.

foolish and uncappable people are the reporting manager. Hashing and un human behavior of reporting person. Knows nothing but behave like scholar. Nepotism behavior in office. It is a request not to join , There no value of knowledge and talent. just work like it is better to have a daily wages work of being a road side helper instead to work in branch. Nothing positive in this branch. No growth , always biased decision , the cunning fox

Well organised, culture and best work Life balance organisation But there is lots of difference in salary as because there is no salary slab as per rank and very hardly any promotion are occured.

Worst company for experience professionals, worst and harsh client behaviour (Bhilai Steel Plant), mentally harrasment on daily basis, highly mismanaged working, false commitment, zero support from management, think twice before joining specially MSS BHILAI.
