I was worked as an HR Executive in Mittal Brothers Pvt Ltd, which was my first job. The working environment was welcoming and made it easy to adjust. My colleagues and senior authorities were very supportive, contributing to a positive atmosphere. I gained valuable knowledge and experience under the guidance of my manager, Ms. Namrata Hulawale, who was always available to assist and offered continuous support. Overall, my experience at Mittal Brothers Pvt Ltd was enjoyable and enriching.

Salary 1 month late no matter how much they promise duing joining. Politics. They dont appreciate you no matter how good you work. No growth. No hike or bonus. Nothing to learn. I was a Graphic Designer there and they asked me to do Marketing + Branding + some part of Accounting as well. ( But after i did no appreciation, no bonus nothing)

Nothing. worst company ever Mittal Brothers, once known for its promising projects, has descended into a realm of unethical business practices and mistreatment of its employees. As a former employee, it is my obligation to shed light on the egregious actions of this organization. One of the most pressing issues at Mittal Brothers is the blatant disregard for employees' financial well-being. Salaries are consistently delayed, with some employees facing arrears stretching back three months. This not only creates immense financial strain but also demonstrates a lack of respect for the hard work and dedication of the workforce. Furthermore, the company's failure to make full and final settlements exacerbates the financial burden on departing employees, leaving them in limbo without the compensation they rightfully deserve. This callous disregard for contractual obligations speaks volumes about Mittal Brothers' disregard for basic ethical standards. In addition to financial woes, employees are subjected to harassment and internal turmoil within the organization. The toxic work environment fosters a culture of fear and anxiety, with employees feeling powerless to speak out against injustices for fear of retaliation.
