It is a small firm. Worked here as an Article Assistant from 2012 to 2016. The Boss is extremely helpful, always gave personal attention, groomed to make me what I am today.

Dislikes

Small firm, sometimes disgusting set of seniors. Did not bother to teach and lot of politics (mental torture to be precise). But that is the best thing about CA Articleship, after every 3 years there is a rotation of your seniors and they finally left. After that, it was all good an experience.

Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
