Company compensation policy is good, but branch level culture is very poor,

Human resource never call to employees to ask about his working life and problems within the job. And even any employees left the Job HR never ask to employees why and what condition employees left the job.

Mitsubishi Electric has Job security, working culture is good, I would suggest it is the best company for people who are skilled ful and looking to explore.

There are no such dislike, as per my opinion the pay scale is expected to be market competitive for mid level.

Very Calm and Comfortable Working Environment. Even in this COVID-19 situation the job is going fine with work from home professionally. Good Company to Work.

This is a decent company with not much to dislike. Salaries are on a bit lower side but i think it is always an individuals choice to agree to the salary or not.

Teammates are not supportive and the managerment isn't transparent. Company policies are not good and they not give good salary hike ☹️☹️ I'm not working in this company.

Managerment issue salary is less and no gave job training etc

It's a good company nd I leant many things and I got more confident ..

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high . sometimes I have to work 14 hours straight in a day.as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night...
