Gaps in promotion and work culture.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisal s are fair they give good bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is descent but career growth is slow. Now they are taking diplomas and btechs only for 2 years bonding.

The company guidelines provides work at safe environment

The woking load is increasing now beccause number of projects increased now. Salary deduction concern during Corona pandemic. We need to improve the situation and restore the normal situation

Not supporting during COVID 19 lockdown, Not get salary from one month, descrimination among employees

Descrimination among employees during Job appraisals and even during these days of crises company descrimination among their employees in making payments

As it is a Japanese Company, we had more chance for learning their work culture, they'll be always sharing their knowledge to us. I am glad that I had an opportunity to work with everyone on Mitsuba.

Dislikes

The only thing that I don't like in Mitsuba is their pay. Their pay scale is very low with which we cannot continue in that company.
