Excellent team to work with. Great learning curve. We get to work on a feature all by ourselves, we have an opportunity to experiment new technology. Excellent facilities are provided like, breakfast, dinner, cab, etc. Flat organisational structure.Flexible working hours.

...reason. While working you have to work with the constant fear of losing the job. Salary hikes can be delayed according to the financial stability of the company. Work - life balance is low. Celebrations, holidays, team-celebrations, etc are also less compared to another companies. No work from home option. You will be totally responsible for your feature, that also means you will be called to office at midnight if any serious issue pops up in your feature.

Don't Believe the posts in social media . Terrible work culture. Frequent terminations . 0 job security . Unstable product .( The engineers are good ,working tirelessly to make it successful) Don't become a scapegoat by looking into the posts on social media .

What to say ? Everyone who joins will curse on the company .Too much of politics .Preference for employees from Kerala .For eg .for The same job ,other state people will work in night shifts and Kerala people will work in morning shifts .Hightly biased atmosphere . Coming to job security .It's 0.everyday when I go to IT desk ,someone will be submitting their assets .CEO is not at al friendly .He acts like a dictator .He just goes and involves in all activities and if someone didn't satisfy him with what he is expecting ,He just fires the employee. The product is good and actually there are few good engineers who works hard and runs the company . Managers are just the puppets ..If you want to work in a toxic environment ,please go with mitsogo . The PR team will do publicity stunts in linked in and Instagram like the employees are all enjoying .Actually it's a big noooooo!! Everyone has to worry about the job and they want to worry all the time on when they l lose job . Strict timings .if you want to eat or to go to restroom or to go out to buy food,you should punch and if it's a minute late ,you ll be penalized .You have to regularise later . Working here was the biggest WORST decision made by me in my entire life .

Foe example They will hire 100 people for 10 posts and they'll terminate 90 people for low performance it is mainly in the teams like QA manager is Seby and partners development team
