The salary,perks and benefits provided by the company are good. Food and Cab will be provided by the company,that was a good policy.As it is a growing company,you could have much better growth here with great oppurtunities.

The training process should be more streamlined. Termination before the Probation completion is a big issue here. The work life balance should be attained as the employees don't have much personal time.No work from home.

Everything. The partiallity and the bias. The discrimination. No one is willing to help the person who wants to learn more and curious by nature. Terminating people the very next day if the employee refused to nod to the employers misbehavior.
