Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? ...h. The branch offices has no facility and employees are left to do on their own. appraisals are fair even the compensation is below the standard and its hard for the employee to survive on this salary
