... 1 ,DP 2 and MYP . The working condition is very bad .They torture the teacher . They torture me so much that I had to resign and return They asked me to pay 2 lakh and 14 thousand. Any one joining the Institute should think twice.

Salary is credited on time. No one bothers after working hours.

Head of School does not give orientation and expects that everything goes well. Does not plan any event and shy away from any events and address to the pupil or staff. No job security and no skill enhancement programs for the staff. Lots of politics .

...re totally gross,stupid and un experienced people. admin staff has no knowlwdge. they hold salary,they pay salary very late. here nobody has vision. even head office has no person to lead properly. they have terrible hr policies and doesnt favour an employees so dont even apply. food is worst part of t. very oliy,watery and very spicy, its not healthy, and tasty at all. the only thing is that it has beautiful campus and good staff quarters

BIG SALARY PROBLEM! No fixed date or time of salary. They pay whatever they feel sometimes half, 25% or even nothing in a month. Join the job here, if you have savings for minimum 3-4 months. Or you have 0 liability.

The only thing to like about MIT VGS Group is that they have spent a lot of money on Branding & Marketing and the benefit to the employees is that the On-Paper value of the Experience Certificate is much higher than any other institute. The Work Environment is pathetic and inhuman. Ideally it is suggested to join this Organization and Work for just 1 year, get the Market Value increased and leave the job to find a better job. There is not even a single thing which can be liked about the whole MIT VGS Group whether you work in a Teaching, Non Teaching, Admin, Vice Principal or even Principal Position.

...ist; 1. Do not Work there for more than a year if by mistake you got selected 2. If you are willing to work there make an arrangement of at least 6 months of your salary before hand (You do not get paid on time, many a times it gets delayed over 2 months also) 3. Take a health & medical insurance for yourself because they will not provide any insurance and will continue to harass & put a lot of mental pressure 4. There is no training, no team work, no job security, no career growth, no timely salary, no appraisal for years, no proper place to sit, Zero innovation, No Work Life Balance. It is a hub of exploitation 5. The work environment is extremely unbearable and every body from the management is interested in Office Politics
