1. Annual salary hikes are there. But they give increments on biased way. 2. Too much administrative work 3. Too much parallel admin works get assigned to all staffs.

1. Job security 2. Company culture 3. Skill development and learning 4. Department always supports and encourages faculties to publish papers (i.e., having a good research environment) 5. Annual promotion/appraisal is also good

1. Parallel work loads on different profiles. (can be managed, if done smartly)

It's commendable that MIT ADT University promotes the ideals of world peace advocated by Sant Dnyaneahwer Maharaj and Swami Vivekananda. Their teachings often emphasize harmony, tolerance, and universal brotherhood, which are crucial for fostering peace and understanding in society. This approach can greatly benefit students and contribute positively to the broader community.

As such I don't like anything there but one thing I admire that they give lunch most of time like birthday of founder, Shivaji Jayanti etc

1. Poor management. 2. Low leaves. 3. No additional benifits. 4. Work culture is like simple college. (HR don't know leave policy at all, sends everyone to cleark of department. 5. No good roads inside campus. Passage too small. 6. Main Entry gate is just infornt of Railway Overbridge. also petroilium warehouse just nearby lots of trucks and dumpers roaming infront of campus. 7. If you are from any university level institute don't opt for MIT ADT for Engineering.
