They are not going to support any employee in anyway.Their work environment is worse than worse.

One of the worse company I have ever worked. There is no training for newly hired employees.If I talk about job security they throw you out without any notice or their supply of goods get down.The only good thing about this company is that their workers are very supportive. When the season gets down they throw you out without any reason.so in my opinion it will be better to go for other firm or to be unemployed
