Definitely I did learn a lot in this period of 7 months with this company which is patience building, how to veg for your own earned money, lack in job security, No confirm promises to be believed, only task will be given no systematic office culture, no push back of work. They will hold your money without informing you and make the environment more difficult to survive. My FNF everything is pending if you are a outsider from Bangalore it's my request don't get engaged with this company. However if you are in the vision to learn not to earn even a penny. It's the most welcoming place plz go ahead.

I have never ever worked this kind of company before. I have made a terrible decision in my life that I have joined in Mission sports. I have worked there for 8 months. 1. There is no benefits like ESI & PF but they will deduct 10% as security deposit in every month which has to be refunded when leaving the company but which was not happened. (They have mentioned in the offer letter like 10% will deduct only for 3 months). 2. It's been 8 months but still they haven't done my final settlement which has to be done within a month of resignation. And there is no response from the team as well. 3. I was the only one who resigned properly with proper intimation but I couldn't get my settlement yet and no communication at all. "Such a terrible work life experience".
