No proper policies, no career growth, no job security, no chance for skill development , never get salary in time in covid era employees are also facing financial problems but no financial help, and management will force you to leave without giving any reason after that they will not interested to pay your full and final settlement, company also deduct pf amount from salary but never deposit that amount to pf account..

...son Funds not cleared after fired Management use employees for personal works Salary not on time and one salary is pending from 1 year No career growth and appraisal employee harassed if they ask question by forcing them to stand outside the gate using guard

...s worst, you will not get salaries on time every time they do false commitments. Salary dues are always pending, they even don't pay the PF and Tax to the government on time. No job security, you can be fired any time and will asked to not to come from tomorrow but when you ask for full and final settlement, after chasing them so many times you will be paid in EMI.
