Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. no increase salary of 2 years or more.there are never sure for permanent job.like PF,Bonus and all benifit of job.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I m a part of team that market reliable,high-quality products and has a global client's location.another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboratio.i also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometime,I have to work 14-15 hours straight is a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night .managers do not value an individual's unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions emails from my client ,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
