Not working as a Business Analyst But appointed as Business Analyst
I am currently working as a business analyst in the modest category of a fashion apparel brand. However, I've come to realize that my role feels more like a support position, similar to seller support or a product listing executive, rather than a true business analyst role. I’m not involved in any technical aspects such as SQL, Tableau, or advanced Excel. Additionally, I feel there is limited growth potential for e-commerce business analysts in my company. The company operates as an advanced dropshipping business in the fashion sector, but the model is quite straightforward. We have to spend a significant amount on ads—often several lakhs per day—to drive sales. Given this situation, I'm wondering if my concerns are valid or if I'm seeing things incorrectly. And if I want to get a salary hike I have to complete 1 year in recent company or any thing like that they consider me As a fresher

...nths and pressurise the old employees and force them to leave.(their strategy) Not fair salary no incentives no extra benefits no bonus. Mangers aren't at all supportive. Doesn't appreciates but keeps pointing out a slight mistakes. Internally unprofessionals 20rs Night allowance. Doesn't care about customers or employees.

Hire and Fire if you are into category team. Targets for marketing and brands onboarding is unrealistic. Upgrade in the tech for category upload and New Ui is needed that hampers the work of every other individual
