The Senior they are like Gem. In future I would definitely try to match it with their shoe. How they speak how they support I really don't think that I could get this type of marketing head like them

Salary and the pramotion part. Everything is nice in mirraw except the salery for one which your are getting paid for

Company owner not proper & management team also not supported to employees..educated employees not promoting for next level ,,salary also not afford according to working hours No future in company,works like daily wages people

...nths and pressurise the old employees and force them to leave.(their strategy) Not fair salary no incentives no extra benefits no bonus. Mangers aren't at all supportive. Doesn't appreciates but keeps pointing out a slight mistakes. Internally unprofessionals 20rs Night allowance. Doesn't care about customers or employees.

Nothing much good about Mirraw. Doesn't treats their employees as a human.

Open culture. flexible timing. Ideas are welcome. Cross learning with other teams.

Hire and Fire if you are into category team. Targets for marketing and brands onboarding is unrealistic. Upgrade in the tech for category upload and New Ui is needed that hampers the work of every other individual

What they describe in your confirmation letter is totally different than what they ask you to do...too much pressure is made unnecessary just by saying to you lack productivity
