1st thing is, it never looks like a software company,no culture nothing,some great ppl come to offce by consuming alcohol,nd the HRs are always High,it is full of psychic politics,will not pay salary regularly, in my 1 yr of exp i was bit confused b/w HR and watchman &CEO, Here leads nd managers r much more interested in your personal lyf matters other than your work.You will never b recognized as an employee coz they wont provide u good food,good accommodation nd no shift allowance.The one who joins might get mentally retarded and may strt torchuring other ppl. It has 3 yrs bond and if u want to come out ,u need to pay 2.5 L nd need to submit originals.Finally I came out of it without paying anything. Thanks to the psychic team members for letting me out.

Lastly, cost cutting doesn't mean the benefit of adding or merging responsibilities or sharing. if responsibilities are limited , automation with supervision control will balance the work force. And our's is an advancing company.

Learning step for freshers. As per a fresher developers they will train you but will be on bench for years, which will impact on your experience. Culture is great but involved in politics.

Dislikes

Salary is low. Promotions are not much and job security depends on the work.
