Like overall good this grops of companies ,growing company no doubt but salary and Mgmt seniors problem some issues in accounts department. Otherwise very good company for learners

Ther are a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Low salary high working hours and career growth is slow. On job training is not given to new joinees. No Job description.

Company don't provide bonus.No extra benefits.No value of work in terms of salary.when I left the company they didn't paid my overtime.unwanted deduction.company owner is nice but staff is very poor especially company 's GM Anurag Tikku.

Financial & Skill growth are limited, more employee oriented schemes are at place. Although the company is at the right path in this direction. Management is good but the advisors need to be more focused in terms of the employee satisfaction. A lot of work need to be done, harmonious work environment is essential for employee stability.

Owners are really hard working and Passionate with clear Vison about company heights.

Old employees are parasites for your carrier. They never want to see you growing. They always Humiliate & demotivate yourself. Very poor working experience, no appreciation, there is a lots office politics. Some of old employees are working there as Mafiya they never want to see your growth
