...olicy changes people to people. management has no role in the people management. They fired people with immediate effect and even though company's notice period is 90 days they don't provide you salary of notice period. Please read your offer letter carefully before joining this company. some people got WFH who are in HR department and techincal people dont get WFH even they are sick, they need to clarify. Their attendence policy also pathetic..if you forgot to checkin from zoho due to work load they cut your salary even if you work on that day.

Everything is bad in this company ..notice period is a joke and continuity bonus is like company is insecure and capable to retain their employees by giving good culture and opportunity

ideally they release me without serving notice period, what should i like for this type of company!!

1.They have 3 month of Notice period 2.They cut 8k from your salary as a continuity bonus, think twice before joining such company. 3.I got awards twice in this organisation still they said my performance is low, not at all justified.
