Pathetic, the reason being I selected as Relationship Manager and got prompted to Sales Head however no salary hike, in my career of 8 months and more never received incentives. If incase u you travelling out of Mumbai then you need to spend first for your stay and then company reimburse however they have specific budget and in that budget one can only afford a dormitory. Waste of my career. Selfish Owners Pathetic company to work for. No proper salary, no incentives and no benefits provided. TOTAL WASTE OF CAREER.

Pathetic simply useless. They just know how to cut the money and make profit for themselves.

Good company and work life balance is not good because not time to start any time on line meeting and always ready to customer service no other person for your help.

Individual position provide no branch every city and High PF and ROI given customer that's why customer visit response very low.

It's a startup and quite flexible w.r.t tech and infra. You can expand your learning curve.

The workforce is limited hence, certain activities require extra time outside of the working hours. It might happen, you're working on the weekend from home, due to monthend rush.

Company attitude towards employee is not satisfactory,company loses his banner in NBFC due to non retention of good employee

Not professional ,and 90 days notice period is not good norms ,incentive disbursement is very irregular . No recognition of good work of employee
