I am working from last 5yr,but still no salary increment Before they provide food allowance now they cut that also, they are providing food their own choice it spoil our health Total experience bad

...ance.there is job security since terms of service are permanent and pensionable.salaries are paid on time and as agreed with the government。there is a great room for innovation and creativity to improve service delivery

politics influence the quality of care provided as well as the supplies to the facilities,work life balance is poor since more time is spent at work than with the family.travel is also limited due to the tight duty schedules .u get to travel only when on leave

I love the fact that I am a part of team of one of the top class office in India called Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and assist to my seniors in National Programme who is in favor of nation.

Overall experience is good but there is no growth for contractual employees. All contractual employees (fresher/experience) have equal salary.

Excellent work culture, best place for professionals, working under the guidance of best officers who have cleared the top most exam of India, structured organization, knowledge driven organization, working as a part to serve the citizens of the country in a best possible manner.

I am not in Saudi Arabia as of now.. as I was held up due to my ill health in February and due to Corona lock down from March 2020..

...d up due to Corona lock down.. Still I am held up. In india.. No job so far.. No salary is being given by the ministry.. First of all the hospital people have to consider my request and then send my details to the ministry which was not done at all at ground level.. Now my visa is expired. No regular flights.. I don't know whether I can cone back.. They are not interested to process my visa now.. They are asking me to go to the embassy to apply for visa.. But the embassy is closed nowadays..and we don't know when the embassy will be reopened? I have to receive my benefits but I don't know how I can claim now.. Now I am in a stage of extreme uncertainty..
