The hospital has really impacted a lot in me because I get to meet new people everyday,they also have a great team of physician who also carry me along and I get to learn a new thing each day

The inability of the management to pay our salaries as at when due

I am working from last 5yr,but still no salary increment Before they provide food allowance now they cut that also, they are providing food their own choice it spoil our health Total experience bad

...ined and updated as per the guidelines, job security is average with devolution. Career growth is available, salary is fair ,appraisal is done yearly based on set targets, traveling is from home to work and back. Politics will not miss and learning is continuous .work environment is fairly good, innovations. are there and work life balance is also fairly good depending on set goals.

...ance.there is job security since terms of service are permanent and pensionable.salaries are paid on time and as agreed with the government。there is a great room for innovation and creativity to improve service delivery

politics influence the quality of care provided as well as the supplies to the facilities,work life balance is poor since more time is spent at work than with the family.travel is also limited due to the tight duty schedules .u get to travel only when on leave

... nurses. No man respect medical professionals. No benefits provided until now . Same salary I got for 4 year . Going to hospital and coming back to hostel is too bad because getting wasted of too much time for bus . Partiality for nurses in work equivalents. Eg.: some they get 1 day off Saudi staffs and others get 2 off. Shift problem in duty. Irregular in arrangement of night duty and morning shift.
