Working at ground level and looking at patients happy faces while the doctors go to their home and treats them will give you alot of satisfaction and eternal bliss it will make your day and will let you forget the tiresome work you have done

...rt staff so i have to plan, implement and execute all the Schemes all by myself. Since were hired by a third party company we get very less salary (Rs14,835/month) and we get scolding because we have not completed the work on time

The teamwork and coordination be the best quality in this organization.

Salary is too low comparative with same rank regular govt. Employees. and here is no EPF & ESI etc benifits.. So its be the major dislikes

There is balance between work and life. You get enough personal and family time while working in there.

... is no job security, no career growth and no benefits for contractual employees. And there is always delay in salary.

Dislikes

There are many states and many offices are there where employees are not selected via proper examination process. Due to this reason it seems lack of knowledge about medical field and research field. So that same main drawback to work in research project while most of the employees are not aware about research methodology.
