...t get there. So i don't think it's a right decision for a fresher to join there. But you will as they give good salary but no skills to validate that salary. So overall it's trap. Also you would be more like a customer support engineer then a software developer.

miniOrange provides flexible working hours, great compensation for beginners (provided you are willing to dedicate your 200% to the company), and free amenities (that other organization usually charge for).

...re longer than 3 days. (You get 10-15 leaves [including sick leaves] per year) Your compensation depends upon the revenue of the company, which is not ideal since you are employees and not partners. (And to top it off, 40% of your CTC is variable) If you take Work from Home, do not expect to be paid in full. More than half of the products are developed in the outdated technology stack.

Really Great please to learn. Seniors are very helpful. Work culture is good. Growth is very good you may get 100% hike in your salary in one year if you work well.
