...t get there. So i don't think it's a right decision for a fresher to join there. But you will as they give good salary but no skills to validate that salary. So overall it's trap. Also you would be more like a customer support engineer then a software developer.

...re longer than 3 days. (You get 10-15 leaves [including sick leaves] per year) Your compensation depends upon the revenue of the company, which is not ideal since you are employees and not partners. (And to top it off, 40% of your CTC is variable) If you take Work from Home, do not expect to be paid in full. More than half of the products are developed in the outdated technology stack.

Company is a realshit hole. Worst salary, duping client by creating code difficult to understand by obfuscating it. Too much aggression and shouting on juniors, all in all bad company.
