I had a very bad experience with Mini Metro EV LLP. The company's management misled me during their peak time around Diwali. They hired me for the position of Accounts Executive, but just 2-3 days after joining, they shifted me to a billing profile on a regular basis. Once their peak time was over, they terminated me without any reason on the same day of Diwali. My suggestion to anyone considering joining Mini Metro EV LLP is: do not join this company. The behavior of the company's partners is extremely unprofessional. They talk sweetly when they need work done but either terminate employees or start behaving badly with them once their work is done. Secondly, if you are considering joining the accounts department, especially, avoid it at all costs. The HOD of accounts, Mr. Vidit, is extremely rude and unprofessional. He unnecessarily troubles employees and does not let anyone work in peace. It’s your time and your decision, but my advice is to join even a small company rather than Mini Metro EV LLP. Save yourself from the mental stress and unprofessional environment. Mini Metro EV LLP forces employees to work under extreme conditions. I was made to work continuously for 19 hours during the company's peak time, without any break, overtime pay, or any other form of relaxation. I punched in at 10 AM and only left the next day at 5 AM. This kind of treatment happens frequently, and it severely affects mental health and well-being. I strongly advise everyone to think a thousand times before considering joining this company. Protect your health and safety; don’t let yourself be exploited like this.
