It offer to develop new skill. Co-worker and senior are very friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

I mostly dislike about cheap mentality of owner who search option to deduct salary. To them month is not 30 days its 22 days max so if you do one day off they will be able to deduct more salary. for 3 day late you will miss one day salary. In IT we all know its never 9hr work, but some days even if your work get over before schedule time, still you will have to wait. Its give very negative impact to you when you are ask to go to bank

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
