It's a small PSU which means one gets to meaningfully engage with Top Management and Board members very often and hence gain a broader perspective as to how the business should operate and how it actually operates. You get to learn a lot very quickly. This sort of exposure early on in your career is very rare.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Competitive Incompetency. Reservation is a curse. Too much administrative overreach from Ministry. Power trumps all knowledge.

Dislikes

Culture is a major issue. Culture of suppression, exploitation of hardworking employees. While dedicated Employees are exploited, Free rider ride gets encouraged. Top management is selfish.too No second thought about welfare of employees and organisation. Finance and part of HR division is a roadblock in Organisation's growth.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
