WFH, hourly permissions and many more) & Cheap office politics. * Poor people management. * Appraisal is for buckets , not for work. Appreciations for work is out of scenario. * Asking reasons for taking leaves. (Not neccesary always) * No trainings for freshsers.

Worst company culture and they will target and do politics individually to fire you. No job security at all and they will hire you for different designation but you won’t get satisfactory work. They will assign any work which is irrelevant

The GM sales, East Regional Managers and East Service Team leaders are all incapable to run company. They only know how to shift their problems to others. Specially they target service people. Expect Load cells [which is germany make] all components are of horrible quality.

Company taking at excellent condition we both, are maintained 6 feat distance and company provides gows,mask and sanitizer and well maintained lunch sitting table also. It's good maintenance for employees and management side.

Power hungry manager do want to control everything but when something went wrong they blame and punish only the service person. Partiality is very very high. This company wants slave not employee.
