... only support for personal and professional life and the management is very bad. The Company policies are very poor, appraisals are not all considered and they give very less amount as a salary no hike and no bonus every year. Salary given sometimes is below minimum labour cost. When you leave you have to struggle to get experience and releiveing.

Dislikes

...ompany is managed by two people and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is too low and career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 14 months, before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
