Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

If You Leave The compay Before 1 Year and you served the Proper Notice Period then also they will deduct 8 Days Salary from Your F&F Amount.. This is not Good If you serve proper notice period as per company police Why they deduct 8 Days Salary..

I was working as system admin Mindsquare for Quest global.I enjoyed working in Mindsquare because there is no delay in salary, leave policy, insurance and all. HR team is very responsive especially Shwetha mam she is very supportive and respond my queries even after office time.

...t 5 year as Sr. manager and never faced any issue with Management / HR/ Finance. The nice part is , Management is very supportive and salary on time. Company care for his employees . My team never faced any issue with HR, all quires related to Insurance, PF , ESIC etc get resolved immediately .
