Taling about work culture in my 4 and half years of bond with Mindpopz, They teach me so many lessons like how to treat customers, how to behave with co-workers. The major lesson was they trained me how to say NO to customers. Taking about Management. They are like my friend, motivators sometimes they treat me like their brothers. But the disadvantage is Work-Life balance, Into travel sector even if I take leave also need to be answerable to each customer call, and if it's midnight also I should be answerable. And talking about job security- due to corona we are in trouble now, If pandemic or natural calamity we all are facing the issue. Apart from this Mindpopz gave me great lessions.

Dislikes

Only with work-life balance and job safety. Into travel sector we usually attend call the calls from our customers. Even if we take leave or into any family function or in the midnight And Job security- In the pandemic situation, the Travel sector faced a lot, That's Not a single MIndpopsz Holiday all Travel based firm like Hotel, Cab, Sightseeing spot, Restaurant, Travel agency, etc...
