Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Nothing - This organization should shut down.

Dislikes

...nd within 6 - 8 months and you will be terminated! They don't have any projects. 2) Salary Delay - Salary is never on time, as they have to first get the payment from the client. A financially weak organization 3) FNF - It takes more than 100 days to get the FNF which is unheard off. 4) No employee meetings, no outings just a stupid whatsapp group every there is any hardly any communication. Amrita is the sole person I have ever interacted - others are just ghost. I strongly suspect this organization is a front for money laundering. So dont think twice - Dont join this organization.

I have been working with Mindpool for the last 1 year and it has been a very good experience. Got to meet and learn from one of the best in the business. The management has been really supportive especially since the pandemic started.

Nothing in general. Due to the pandemic, we didn't get to interact with the team one on one, so can't really say anything on that. Not really a disliked thing but maybe more sessions on soft skills will be great.
