Flexible timing, good for freshers, no unnecessary restrictions, formals not compulsory, big clients compared to other startups.

I was a fresher when I joined there .Company gave me opportunity I’m always thankful for that,but after my joining if I was having some difficulties then there was no senior available to help me out and manager over there gave us so much work load and if it is not completed then they used foul language . Owner of the company also uses foul language for their employees.I was frastred

Dislikes

No encouragement will be provided by seniors, No specific time limit is there for daily work. Expecting to work extra daily except office hours. No holidays given. Forcefully workload has been to work on saturday as it is holiday. No Diwali bonus not a single sweet box also.
