Best part at mindmap is incentives. The more you work the more you can earn and the work culture is at its best. The management shilpa and susheel was super cool, feel proud working with them. My mentor was Saqlain, he is booster at the work. His motivation and encourage gives the more energy to work. He was just awesome.

Very less salary package. Work location with less facilities in the office. It's not that easy to get a good opportunity or like a higher position to work in mindmap. Should have at least travelling allowances separately

I enjoy working with my collegues at mindmap. That's a great reason to love my job. Having a strong, collaborative team can make all the difference. Where i am surrounded by talented and supportive people who share a common goal; it can really make work environment.When we thev toughest projects i fell that it's manageable.

consulting projects often comes with pressure to meet client expectations within specific timeframe.

Ahh a wrong question, being the part of their noida branch was delusion as it not company a group of 4-5 people

No HR or anything. You will be hold back to sit late night by so called toxic manager . There is lot of toxicity and micromanagement. And the owner sitting in hydrabad doest give a shit about this. The review are for noida branch.
