Training team is brilliant. Overall it's an employee-friendly place where the management do really care for the well-being of an employee.

They are paying good salary if you have good no of experience

Work culture, single handed power, managerial feels like it's their company so they can do anything. Worst Work life balance, no job security

May be there is a work life balance, they don't ask you to stretch additional hours, and salary comes on or before time, which is commendable.

Dislikes

Bad culture, full of politics and back stabbing, if you want to survive you are supposed to be a professional boot licker and should never complain about anything.. you should have a temperament that whatever you are getting is by the grace of god and company is doing a lot of EHSAAN on you, so you need to keep your mouth shut and speak nothing.. And on top of that no one is going to listen to you even if you complain.. specially HR dept, which is meaningless here.. they never have an idea what is going on and have no grip over management, means you can never assume they will take ur side and help u with anything!!

You get to learn a lot, they have Academy program where they give you 3 months training and help you extensively in your first year also you get 5000 per start irrespective of their work hours. Job security is great, work life balance is there and Work environment is not pressurized as other places. Good food in the Canteen too.

Dislikes

Sometimes you may feel that they are paying less in salary and Incentives but it evens out when you add other things.

It is a good company to work with, however managers are a bit partial here towards their good ones.

...ned there will be recurring incentive, however the recurring amount is very low. It is almost 500 per candidate if the pay is under 20 Dollor an hour.
