Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

This company is totally fake. Work culture is very bad and they do not provide salary properly. If any one wants to leave the company, they don't provide 45 days salary, even after giving notice period. My experience in this company is horrible.

They have closed the company long back. I don't they have informed the same to everyone else's including investors.

Dislikes

This company is one of the many start up company who took advantage of its team to bring in the investment and then when we asked for our salary they showed us the door. This people are cheats.
