One thing that you shouldn't worry about in Mindfire is Job Security. Other than that Salary is OK compared to other companies.

Career growth is not that great. You have to work for 5-6 years in order to reach to a good position that pays good salary..

Work on new technologies, Good managers except few as exceptions are always there, good salary hikes, international outings, etc

No formal training and work life balance is not so good in some projects not all.

Best company to work in Bhubaneswar. Provides remote work with a healthy salary. As per the current market situation Mindfire still give an Ok Ok hike to their employee and job security is there also. Remote work + job security + Good salary == Happy employee
